Return Policy
We offer a 60-day return policy (may vary per product), which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which it was received — unused, in its original packaging, and with all included accessories. You’ll also need the purchase confirmation that was sent to you via email after your order.

If your return is approved (and falls within the 60-day return period), we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired product.
EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
If your order was shipped to the EU, you have the right to return it within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As noted above, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and returned in the original packaging with all accessories.
REFUNDS
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. We’ll let you know if the refund was approved or not. Returns without a return form and/or proof of purchase cannot be accepted.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
