WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
Vitavix by TVT Trading B.V. covers the shipping costs for all orders.
*The return shipping costs for returning your item are at your own expense.
CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?
Yes, we ship all items with Track & Trace. You can track your order via the order status page; you will receive the link by email as soon as your order has been shipped.
Please note that it may take some time before the tracking status becomes available.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?
Vitavix by TVT Trading B.V. aims to deliver products quickly. If you place an order on a business day before 9:00 PM, we aim to process your order the same day. The delivery time is 3–8 business days.
I’M NOT HOME DURING DELIVERY. WHAT HAPPENS?
If your package cannot be delivered, it will be held at a nearby pickup location for several days. You will receive a notification from the delivery service with the pickup details. If the package is not collected in time, it will be returned to our warehouse.
