WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
Vitavix covers shipping costs for all orders.
*The shipping costs for returning your item are at your own expense.
CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?
Yes, we ship all your items with Track & Trace. You can track your order via the order status page, you will receive the link via email once your order has been shipped.
It can sometimes take a while before the Track & Trace status is available.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?
Vitavix strives to deliver products quickly. If you place an order before 9:00 PM on workdays, we aim to process your order the same day. The delivery time is 3-8 working days .
I AM NOT AT HOME DURING DELIVERY, WHAT NOW?
If your package cannot be delivered, it will be waiting for you at a post office or 7 days. You will also receive a message from the driver, which will also include the pickup location. After these 7 days, the post office will return the shipment to our warehouse.
