Refund Policy

We have a 14 day returns policy, which means you have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as it was received, meaning without any signs of use and in the original packaging + accessories. You also need the purchase confirmation that you received from us by email immediately after your order.

If the return request is accepted (if it is within the 14 day return period), we will send you instructions on how and where to send the package. Items that are returned to us without first submitting a return request not  accepted.

We will reimburse the purchase amount and shipping costs if checked and approved. The costs for returning are for the customer. For any further return questions, you can always contact us at info@vitavix.co.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the incorrect item so that we can assess the problem and resolve it.

Exchange
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you received and once you receive notification that the return has been accepted you can make a separate purchase for the correct item.

European Union 14 days reflection period
you have the right to return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without giving reasons. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it without any signs of use and in the original packaging + accessories.


Refunds
We will notify you once we have received your return and it has been inspected. We will let you know if the refund has been approved or not. We can accept returns that do not contain a return form and/or purchase confirmation not  accept. If approved , you will be automatically refunded within 10 working days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at info@vitavix.co.
